I really wanted to see this movie on the day it came out, but with work, that was not an option. So I was really happy my day off was only 4 days later, so I could still see the Avengers: Endgame in the first week!

I only started watching the Marvel movies about 3 years ago, but I could not wait for this movie. And I have to say, I was not prepared for this.

Avengers: Endgame

After Thanos used the Infinity stones to get rid of a lot of people on earth. And sadly also some of the Avengers, the world is weird and empty. Families are teared apart and everyone lost loved ones.

Tony Stark and Nebula are stranded in space until they are saved by Carol Danvers AKA Captain Marvel. She returns them to Earth where they are reunited with part of the Avengers.

The team forms a plan to get the Infinity Stones and reverse the actions of Thanos. When they find Thanos, they learn that he destroyed the stones. Thor finally kills Thanos by cutting his head off.

Five years later:

The Avengers are also split up. Because everything that happened, everyone goes their own way and try to help wherever it is possible.

Ant-man wakes up and discovers what has happened. His daughter is now a teenager. He finds the Avengers and comes up with an idea to help.

They gather the Avengers and are able to convince Tony Start to build a time machine, so they can stop everything from happening.

My Opinion:

So I really liked the movie. I had no idea what to expect. Infinity War was already a great movie and it left me tearing up.

But this I did not expect. (I hope you noticed I tried to be vague enough to not spoil everything)

Everything in this movie makes sense, still has the Marvel kind of humor. (Yes, I mean Thor and the butt. You know what I mean)

I was not prepared for this. But I noticed I was not the only one in the cinema. The room was filled with OOHHH and AHHHH and YESSS! So I guess that says enough.

As I watched it in Spanish, which I am still learning, I did not get all the jokes. So that is just a reason for me to watch it again soon!

If you love superheroes and saw a few other Marvel movies. Avengers: Endgame is a movie for you. Just watch Captain Marvel and Avengers Infinity War first. You need it for the story.

Be prepared to cry, laugh scream and yell to the screen as it is a movie that will surprise you in different ways.
