Recipe: Greek filling for pita’s

If you have ever been to greece, you probably tried the pita. I had the pleasure of living in greece for 5 months and I ate a pita almost every day. When I got home, I found out how easy it is to make the pita’s and the greek filling, so here it is.
I always make the pita myself with this recipe.

Greek filling

This is the famous filling of the greek pita. A fresh mix of delicious meat, healty salad and just as unhealty in sauses.

Ingredients

Salad

  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Cucumber

Other

  • Tzaziki
  • Fries
  • Döner or Gyros meat
  • Feta cheese

Instructions

  • Cut the salad, tomato, onion, feta cheese and cucumber in pieces
  • make the tzaziki
  • Put the fries in the fryer
  • bake the meat
  • Finish the pita’s
  • Build: Pita, tzaziki, tomato, onion, salad, cucumber, feta cheese, meat, fries.
  • Fold and enjoy!
