If you have ever been to greece, you probably tried the pita. I had the pleasure of living in greece for 5 months and I ate a pita almost every day. When I got home, I found out how easy it is to make the pita’s and the filling, so here it is.
I always make the pita myself with this recipe.
This is the famous filling of the greek pita. A fresh mix of delicious meat, healty salad and just as unhealty in sauses.
- Döner or Gyros meat
- Feta cheese
- Cut the salad, tomato, onion, feta cheese and cucumber in pieces
- make the tzaziki
- Put the fries in the fryer
- bake the meat
- Finish the pita’s
- Build: Pita, tzaziki, tomato, onion, salad, cucumber, feta cheese, meat, fries.
- Fold and enjoy!
