Recipe: Homemade Pita bread

I lived in Greece a few months last year. I had a crazy work schedule and most of the days only 10 minutes for lunch. It took only 3 days to find my new favorite fast food. Greek Pita’s cost about €2,50 and are very filling. The bread is so good and easy to make, that I make it with different fillings at home, or just eat it with some Aioli.

The greek pita is packed with filling. You have the pita, tzaziki, tomato, onion, salad, cucumber, feta cheese, chicken or pork and fries. Of course you could put something extra on it or leave something out.

Last week I made the bread with Pulled Chicken and that was also very good.

This recipe is for 8 big pita’s and is enough for 8 people. I make the whole recipe and have lunch for the next day.
