I love to try new recipes and perfect them to my taste. When I go to restaurants and try something new, I always make a picture and write down the ingredients I can see, taste and know. Somewhere during the week, I try to make it at home. 

Mains: Everything you can eat as a full meal. Or is at least part of a full meal (just add rice/potatoes or something else)

Desserts: Think it says enough. Everything sweet. Cake/dessert/cookies and all the other good stuff.

Extras: Dips, Sambal, herb mixes and all the other ‘other’ categories.
